Alex was living in NYC while shopping for a house in Charlotte. We spent lots of time together browsing Zillow and viewing homes. Finally, Alex spotted Sheridan. Only problem was it wasn't open for appointments when he was in town. He sent me to scope it out with his Realtor, Diane McKnight. Here is the (low quality) video I sent him. He made an offer that day.
